Discover the IMS Day – 2026 Edition

Over 110 attendees gathered at CIARUS on April 28, to take part in our annual IMS Day. Starting the day with a nice breakfast of coffee and pastries is how this exciting day kicked off.

Led by renowned speakers and companies in the field of scientific innovation — from CNRS, AstraNICE, Ksilink SAS, and Apmonia Therapeutic — the event brought together researchers, faculty members, and students with a passion for research and innovation in the Drug Discovery field.

A Day Rich in Scientific Exchange

At noon, a lunch buffet provided an opportunity to network and discuss the topics of the conferences.

The day went on with more talks of great scientists and the two winning teams of the 2024 DDD Challenge, who shared updates on their research progress as part of their doctoral projects.

To conclude this day one pair of student of the IMS Master program presented their thesis project as part of the DDD Challenge 2026, in front of the public and a jury.

The DDD Challenge

Placed in a truly professional context, the DDD Challenge tasks student pairs with identifying an unmet therapeutic need and developing an innovative research project in response.

One pair of students presented their work in front of an international jury made up of academic and industry researchers.

If they would succed to convince the jury of their project, they would receive a PhD grant as well as seed funding to help launch their project, which they did!

We warmly congratulate this year’s winners on their project on the following theme: Intracavitary post-resection targeting of glioblastoma stem cells using a first-in-class dual-action antibody-transmembrane peptide conjugate (ATPC)
